Day-by-day itinerary

    Haridwar – Guptkashi (220 km / 8-9 hrs)

    • Arrival at Haridwar Railway Station. Drive from Haridwar to Guptkashi, the base for Kedarnath En route, visit: Devprayag
    • Confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi Rivers (forming the Ganga). Rudraprayag
    • Meeting point of Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers. Check-in at the hotel and visit Vishwanath Temple. Dinner & Overnight stay in Guptkashi

    Guptkashi – Kedarnath (30 km drive + 16 km trek)

    • Get up early in the morning and check out from the hotel after having your breakfast Start your drive to Gaurikund which is set at a distance of around 33 km After reaching Gaurikund start trek to Kedarnath (16 kms) To reach the temple, you can hire a palki or a horse (Cost Not Included) On your way to the temple, you will get to experience the unexplored sights of the snow capped mountains.
    • On reaching, check-in at the Govt.
    • Camps/Lodges.
    • Overnight stay at the hotel.

    Kedarnath – Guptkashi (16 km trek + 30 km drive)

    • Get up before dawn, savour breakfast and reach the Kedarnath temple by 4:45 AM Visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, located behind the temple After Darshan and Puja, return to your respective Camps / Lodges.
    • Start with your trek from Kedarnath to Gaurikund and by jeeps to Sonprayag At Sonprayag, your car awaits which will take you back to your hotel at Guptkashi Dinner & overnight stay at Guptakashi

    Guptkashi – Rishikesh (190 km / 7-8 hrs)

    • After Breakfast, Drive to Rishikesh, stopping at Rudraprayag en route Visit:
    • Ram Jhula & Laxman Jhula. Parmarth Niketan Ashram & Triveni Ghat. Attend the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat Dinner & Overnight stay at Rishikesh

    Rishikesh – Haridwar (25 km / 1 hr)

    Breakfast at the hotel and check out Drop-off at Haridwar Railway Station for your onward journey
